We had a lovely New Year's stay in this hotel and enjoyed the interesting city tour that included the visit to the famous mechanical elephant. the location was convenient and had easy access to the sites of the city. the staff's service was great, they were friendly and efficient in meeting our needs.

We found the food options to be quite limited, and the facilities of the hotel were not great. the restaurant was closed, leaving us with no option for a decent meal.
